Intent on unlocking the market value of the 22-story riverfront tower on Jacksonville's Southbank, DPD and partners purchased the Aetna Building in January, 2004. 200,000sf of vacant space was leased to medical-based credit tenants, and the building remained between 95% and 99% leased throughout DPD's 9-year ownership.
